I wrote to the embassy I get generic automated responses. They are treating us like damn criminals we cannot find anything out. NVC says our case is sitting at the embassy and each embassy is different. We had no mistakes we provided all the evidence and yet this black hole. OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY SHOT I AM FED UP I LEFT THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER MISLEAD US A FEW DAYS AND STILL NOTHING THIS IS NONSENSE. 

Gosh, I'm so sorry for your loss, it must be very devastating to you. No couple should go through something like that 😭😭. 

Being left in a black hole or feeling like being ignored is already worst. 

 

I just hope they will reach out to you guys soon. Btw, did you apply for spousal Visa?

Hello. I am waiting to be issued, hopefully. My status went from immigrant ap to non immigrant ap last friday. Wondering how long it took you to get issued?

Mine took 11 calendar days.

When was your interview? Did you have to submit additional documents after your interview? It is always helpful if you fill out your timeline :-) Good Luck!

 

10 calendar days from Interview to issued status...

Interview was 02/21. They did ask for additional documents. Which i sent in the same day with my passport.  Embassy received it 02/22. Then it updated 02/25 then went from immigrant ap to non immigrant ap last 03/01

Non-immigrant AP is a good sign....But, no one can tell exactly when it will change to issued status. It is just a matter of waiting a little while more)
