It's been 2 years since we're dating and we just got married in Vegas , she's American but I am lebanese, and I've been here for 6 years struggelling to get my papers to be able to leave the US and then go back .....but now since I am married to an American girl....would I be able to visit Lebanon for a month of vacation and then come back easily or I have to wait till I get my green card ? .... I am kind of new in these stuff ...please who ever knows some info about my case please help me :) Im actually out of status, and i entered by a student visa, i finished my Masters but the company that i was working in lied at me and messed up with my papers ....they didnt do anything for me and they said they are and when i found out it was too late... so i got out of status

Based on your previous post, you have been out of status long enough that you will incur a 10 year ban if you leave the U.S. now. To return, your spouse will have to petition for a spousal visa, which will be initially denied based on the ban. You may or may not be able to overcome the ban with a waiver. In any event, it will not be easy to return and will take a significant amount of time. Do not leave the U.S. until after you have permanent residence.

I agree. Do not leave. Fix all your paper from here. While in the US and beside your spouse, you have the luxury to have a lawyer and have more rigths than when you are back in Lebanon. Since you have here for a while, let her apply for your adjustment of status to permanent residence. also, file for a work permit and the advance Parole. And then wait a year or so for the actual greencard before you travel. I would not travel on the Parole but just have it for emergencies.

Also, i would recommend you higher a lawyer since you fell out of status. They know the rules better!
