Absolutely! Ours was just issued today. It followed that exact path. Admin Proc, Ready, back to Admin Proc. then issued today. The first Admin Proc is the longest wait out of them all. Stay Encouraged. Almost there!

The admin process after the interview took about a month and we were placed on adminstrative process because we did not front load the affidavit of support for our joint sponsor during the NVC stage. Even though my husband took the docs with him to the interview, the CO did not ask for it at that time. They placed us on admin process and then sent an email about a day or two after, requesting my husband to drop the document at DHL. You are close.

The fact that it is showing ready message that you are out of that admin process. They are now ready to issue your Visa. Next it should go back into admin process while they issue the Visa then the next day or two ( ours was the very next day) it should go to issued.  I hope my information was helpful and gave you hope. Blessings!

I didn't attend the interview with my medical results because it wasn'tready at the time of interview, so I was given the 221g paper to drop it off at DHL including my passport which I did that s a same day after interview....since Feb 4, am yet to be issued
