Admin processing

Timeline

My interview was held on 11 dec 18 and 221 g was given to me pasport was kept by embassy and some documents was asked by embassy they recieved it on 5 jan 19 and after 1 and half month daily update on my case is hapening ceac still shows admin processing what is this mean?

Means they are still either processing the paperwork given, or they are still performing background/security checks on their end. AP is open ended in the sense that it can take 2-3 days, 2-3 weeks, 2-3 months, or even 1-2 years or longer. 

 

Some members recently had said they hit 18+ months so. As hard as it is have to be patient. There is no way to expedite AP.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

Generally but they can always return it too at any time. Again at this point patience is key as hard as it is.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

Its just waiting game now ..... and yes its good sign until they finished there admin process just keep checking case updates and follow embassy , hope you hear good news soon

I gave interview cr1 in april 2018 i was asked to submit joint sponsor and 2 by 2 photos. Which immediately i sent them out. Now its been one year no response from embassy.no email no paper required no phone calls.just wait and wait
