If you read all the links above regarding CDC instructions to panel physicians/civil surgeons - it's quite clear: Hep B is NOT required over the age of 19. It is NOT required for the immigration process. Now, your friendly physician may still try to coerce you into getting it. As a dentist, I know darn well what's what, and when I put it to the physician he finally admitted it was NOT required although he still maintained it was good to get. I strongly disagree. Your choice!

lol "friendly" physician- more like "hmmmm how much more money can i make?" Well i'm very relieved to learn that i do not need this shot...now we'll see how much he wants to charge me for just the MMR.

08/10/07- rfe received,485 processing resumed

08/22/07- receive letter for interview 11/20/07

08/25/07- AP approved and received

09/07/07- EAD card received

10/17/07- received SSN (took about a week after applying)

11/20/07- Interview- more evidence requested

12/14/07- Evidence submitted.....waiting...

12/26/07- Approval notice sent/ Card production ordered

I know that I am in my 30's and was asked if I had my Hep B shots by the MA at the CS office. I had... actually had 4 of them because my titre was not sufficient with just the normal 3 shots... I had to get them while in nursing school. But, it shows that whomever is preparing the form definately does not always know the rules. There is times they need to be reminded. Good that you were able to get a refund on the vaccine they did give.

Jan 30,2007... POE Blaine Washington, Pacific Truck Crossing

March 8, 2007... Mailed AOS and EAD

May 21, 2007... AOS application APPROVED with interview (Day 67)WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO

May 29, 2007... GREEN CARD ARRIVES.. and email from CRIS approval notice sent (Day 75)

Sept 25, 2008... Moved to the UK

Feb 24, 2009... Mailed I-751 to CSC from UK

December 30, 2009... Approval notice!!

Jan 9, 2010... 10 year GREEN CARD arrives.

May 31, 2012... Express Mailed N-400 application to the Nebraska Service Center for military spouses filing overseas

Jun 11, 2012... NOA date and Cheque cashed Day 11

Jun 28, 2012... Placed in line for interview scheduling Day 28

Jul 20, 2012... Email from USCIS London for info to schedule interview Day 50

Sep 1, 2012... Moved back to the USA

Sep 12, 2012... Email from USCIS London scheduled for interview/oath Sept 28th in the UK(will be day 120)

Nov 26, 2012... Had submitted change of addresses. Notification that I have again been scheduled for interview Day 179

Dec 1, 2012... Letter arrived Day 184 with new interview date Jan 4, 2013 (Will be day 218)
