Should I file N400 online?

I do file it online and it was faster , i advice everyone to file it online faster now days hopefully your office is not that busy .

You can saved it until you decided that when you want to submit it , make sure check everything before you submit it , If you got mistakes in form and you do submit it , you still have chance to correct it when they call you for interview ,  I got couple mistakes online in my form and i correct it  with officers at my interview .

The Dallas field office is one of the most backlogged in the country, so filing online to shave a little time off would be advisable. It's also much more convenient. 

 

The only thing you will receive instantly is your receipt NoA. Your biometrics appointment will follow in a few days, and then your interview notice in about a year. 

 

You can begin your application and then save it for future submittal. I think from memory the online system will hold applications for up to 30 days before deleting them and making you start over.
