Hello everyone! So USCIS sent my petition to the NVC on October 5th, 2018. NVC received my petition on October 16th. And then they entered my petition
into their system on November 13th. I payed the IV fee on November 19th and the AOS fee on November 21st. My lawyer completed the DS-260 and right after that she submitted all
the required documentation to the NVC on November 29th. Long story short NVC rejected some documents 3 times in a row. Good news though... they finally decided to
accept all of the documents on January 30th, 2019. BUUUUUUUT, they also decided to send me two more messages on CEAC stating that they still needed more additional documentation.
First message read "Additional support documentation is required. Please submit proof of #######'s current employment. For more information, visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos".
Second message read "Additional support documentation is required. Please upload and submit ######'s and ######'s 2017 IRS transcript. A transcript can be obtained on the IRS's website:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript. If a tax transcript was not required to be filed, submit an explanation for not filing."
Now, once I read these messages I went batshit crazy thinking "How long can one possibly be stuck with the NVC?" "When will this nightmare be over?". Naturally I contacted my
lawyer and I told her all about it ( she has other cases to attend to, not just mine. So therefor I'm always the first to get a hold of all the information first until I contact her)
She said she'd get back to me on more information about this. I waited and waited and 9 days later on Feburary 8th she contacted me and told me that our next move would be to ignore their
request's because apparently the NVC had made a mistake and that sooner or later they would notice their mistake and send us the "Case completed" email/letter. She said that we should wait at least
5-7 working days. So it's been 6 days today since the waiting had begun. And honestly I'm super confused and agitated at the whole ordeal. I don't know if my lawyer is correct or if we should definitely send in the additional documentation that they've asked for? What do you guys think? Any opinions, any help, any tips? I'm so stressed out about this whole thing I just want to go back home to my cats. Ya feel? Any help would be appreciated to the fullest. ❤️

I think ignoring the NVC is ridiculous.  They asked for specific things....so send them the things they asked for to get your case complete.

You coulda done this 3 weeks ago when NVC asked for it and had your case complete by now.....
