MaydayDas,

Not quite.

First, there is no such thing as a "co-sponsor". We need to correctly identify what there is.

- a Joint Sponsor must meet the full income requirement on their own (or with the help of their own household), they cannot "cover the difference".

- a Sponsor can include a Household Member's income with their own, in which case the Househole Member's income is being used to cover the difference.

Yodrak

You need a co-sponsor to cover the difference.

You said join sponsor must meet the full income, my question : Why in I 864 under section 213A part I no. e / mention about first and second of two joint sponsors??

Ease up, Yodrak; the OP's native language is clearly not English and native English speakers sometimes have difficulty understanding the instructions.

I'M so sorry, I'm not a native english speaker. I really don't understand. Maybe what I wrote sound rude, But in my deep heart, I don't mean it.

Could you explain to me, please. Thank you so much

Don't worry, I'm not annoyed with you. I'm annoyed with Yodrak for being rude to you. (F)
