some questions...

hi,

I am about to finish filling the forms and have some questions.

1- do we have to have the copies of ALL the empty pages of US citizen passport? It seems weird to me...And also copy of the back side of the I-94 form. Nothing special writes there. why do they reqiure it?

2-Do we have to send the biometrics money order seperately or with the I-485? I mean two money orders as 325 and 70 or only 395?

3- does any body have a sample letter of affidavit for evidence of a real marriage?

This part in I-130:

Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties havingpersonal knowledge of the bona fides of the maritalrelationship (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person makingthe affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner ofbeneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage);

empty pages doesn't need to be copied

Have your parents write a letter stating that the marriage is bonafide.

Mine had my A# and a few other things written on the back... I suppose some officers at the POE write on the back some don't so they like a copy of it for added information. Or to kill more trees.... who knows.
