Can you explain when in the process the two APs happen?

 

Is the 2nd AP before the status changes from immigrant to non-immigrant, or after the status changes from immigrant to non-immigrant?

1pm.3pm.4pm.5pm all the same status

Above ,all Aplication Received status

9.3 the last updated .AP

9.4 no updated still.AP

9.5 issued

9.7visa in hand
