Currently, around 9 PM Central time .... the problem being that I'm in Europe. So it's a little bit later here at that hour.

Between 9 and 10. Rob wakes up every day at 5 am to go to work. So he's used to sleeping early. I just adapted to his rythm. Read somewhere (recently) that couples that go to bed at the same time have better relationships. I use that now when my family wants to call me after 10 pm to just chat... hehehe

well it depends. i voted 12-1 but really i seem to go to bed a little earlier here in the states as opposed to when im in lebanon with Geo. usually i am up watchin tv til 3am in Leb...my ma aint got cable and i have no other reasons to stay up other then net, so im usually in bed around 11, sometimes earlier...................boy oh boy i cant wait til i join my hubby again...then for at least a few weeks ill be up late then ill recoop and then stay up til like 2am or so

Gary gets up for work at 3:30am so he goes to bed around 8-8:30pm. Ideally, i'd like to be in bed before 10pm but its usually later.

I have to be in bed before 10...if I'm not I won't be alert for all those lovely children I work with on a daily basis. One has to be on their toes when dealing with children...especially the age that I work with!

Around 11, sometimes later. Since she's on the other side of the world, I spend as much time as possible talking to her. I could easily go to bed by 830 some nights.

it depends..but usually around 12-1. if i changed jobs and had to get up earlier my bedtime would change too. i need 7-8 hours a night!

I usually go to bed between 12 and 1. I have to be really sleepy to get to bed any earlier.
