What time do you usually go to bed?

I'm trying to settle into a new pattern. Just changed my work hours from 8-5 to 9-6, since I'd much rather sleep in a little more in the morning. I guess I'm averaging around midnight these days.

mine depends on if my hubby is home i will hit the pillow at be OUT at 10 if he is home, but when he is gone - I usually cannot get to sleep much at all, I would say around 2am.

Sometime between 9 and 10. I get up between 5-6 AM in the morning, so that just about gets me my eight hours of sleep.

Oh, we do that too, every night. Fall asleep on the sofa usually b/w 12 and 1 and then I usually wake up around 3 or 4ish and make us both go to bed.

typically, we hit the sack between 22:00 and 23:00.

Unfortunately, I like to wake up at 5:30 so I can start for work at 6:30 (any later than that and traffic becomes a disaster).

For me its usually around 1am. I have a 9-5 day job in NYC but write in the evenings. Usually I find that there are less domestic distractions and its easier to concentrate when everyone else is in bed.

Usually lay-in on weekends, but rarely in bed past 9am.

I have to have 8 hrs of sleep, or at least 7.5. Last summer I had to be at work by 6 am every day and I had no life. I missed all the fun summer things that make me like Minneapolis, but I NEED my sleep. I rolled out of bed at 5 and got in the car by 520. I looked a mess all summer too. Right now I'm going to bed around 11 with Rey, but some nights I can't sleep and stay up 2 hours (or 4 hours like last night) later.

If I could have any talent or gift, it would be functioning on little sleep. I envy those people who can stay up all night working. There is a point where I will literally stop and fall asleep against my will, even if what I'm doing is active and on two feet. If I get 5 or 6 hours, I will fall asleep at some point during the day even if I resist.

we turn out the light usually between 11 and 12, sometimes early .... Hubby has to get up for work around 5 am..... I can't seem to get him to bed earlier....
