I need a diagram with procedure of registry of child in China.

I know that there are three steps:

- obtaining birth certificate before born of a child

- obtaining medical birth certificate after born a child

- obtaining hukou certificate 

I tried to make a diagram that I gave at the attachment  ... but I am not sure it is correct...

I can not give precise circumstances because I need only general diagram with procedure...

I kwow that it is really difficult to make this diagram but maybe somebode help me....:)

You need to talk to your PSB - your chart calls it the Public Security department.
