J1 Summer Visa Followed by A-2

Hi there,

 

I've applied for 2 programmes and if I am accepted to both this would be my situation, just wondering can I have both visas:

 

I would get a J1 Summer W/T visa for 8 weeks in June and July 2019 and then work for 2 years in the US under the A-2 visa with an Irish government job, starting in September 2019.

 

Is this possible?
