Famyly members of permanent resident

Hi everyone,

I am a permanent resident and I just got married. I’m filling a petition for alien relative to my spouse, however I have a question. Should I send a copy of my marriage certificate together with the form I-130 and G- 325 A? Or should I wait until their ask for evidence of my marriage?

I appreciate any help.

You know you have a long wait for a visa number to become available.

I would send them exactly what they ask for.

Sounds to me like the petition is for a relative of your spouse. Correct?

Is your wife here already? What is her status in the US?

As was mentioned by the previous poster, you will have a VERY long wait for this. Start thinking in terms of years.
