Me and my wife have recently moved and are about to file for AOS. Now how do I go about contacting USCIS about our address change? Do we just put the new address in the AOS or do I have to do it separately somehow? Thank you!

You didn’t file anything yet, there’s no address with uscis to change from.

just file with your most recent info, and put all your addresses.

Good luck!

I would have thought they would have the old address on file from my k1 visa

They would but this is a completely new process. Just file in your new address. If you move again, change it while that process is pending and anytime after.
