10 Year Greencard Finally Approved

After almost 3 years waiting on her 10 year Greencard to be approved it finally happened.

We never did an interview for either the 2 year or the 10 year, just biometrics.   After her 2 year was about to expire we got an extension letter from USCIS that was good for one year extension, and after that expired we had to go to a local USCIS and get a I-551 stamp so she could enter into the USA if travel outside the USA.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

If ROC has not been approved when your wife reaches the 3 year mark she can start the N-400 NATURALIZATION  ;)  process .. do include copies of the I-797s for ROC, then will process ROC at the same time as the N-400.

Yea she could of file last year, but she wanted to wait until she was approved for a 10 year GC before filing. Which made zero sense, but if It was me I would of filed for citizenship last year.
