When his show first started, he actually tackled "real" issues, etc. and then it slowly degenerated into what you see today.

2007-04-16: I-485 and I-765 sent to Chicago (My AOS/EAD checklist)

2007-04-17: Received at Chicago

2007-04-23: NOA1 date (both)

2007-05-10: Biometrics appointment (both - Biometrics review)

2007-06-05: AOS interview letter date

2007-06-13: AOS interview letter received in mail

2007-07-03: EAD card production ordered

2007-07-07: EAD card received! (yay!)

2007-08-23: AOS interview (Documents / Interview review)

2007-08-23: Green card production ordered!!!

2007-08-24: Welcome notice mailed!

2007-08-27: Green card production ordered again... ?

2007-08-28: Welcome notice received!

2007-09-01: Green card received!

Done with USCIS until May 23, 2009!

Yep, I actually watched it in the early years and I liked it. When I started to hear more "beeps" than actual words being said on a consistent basis, that's when I stopped watching.

I wish our file could get accidently sent to Vancouver! LOL...still waiting for NOA2 (its been 9 weeks since NOA1)...when we first started this process in February I thought and hoped we could be in the US by November,now with hearing all the stories about Montreal it looks more like 2008 before we get there!..

Thanks guys. I will keep you posted. My Honey - the petitioner - called Vancouver consulate but they sent him to the voice mail, so he left a message. I freak out to email them before I actually move. I am moving in any case now, next Wednesday, because I actually have more ties in Vancouver than in Toronto, though I love Toronto. I am not losing anything except for my dental appointment, and I like my Ontario G drivers license better than BC Class 5 :)

As the beneficiary, you can call and leave them your phone contact. In fact, I think it's good for the beneficiary to take charge at this point in the game since it's your interview. :)

I would email them this weekend and CC: montreal as well with your new address, etc.

Hi guys, my flight to Vancouver is tomorrow, and I just got a response to my email from Vancouver consulate, that my file has been transferred :dance: . All the circumstances indicated for me to move to Vancouver. Thanks for your support!!!!
