I contacted them and I got this automatic response:

IMPORANT NOTICE: The J Waiver Online website is experiencing technical difficulties at present and applicants' case statuses are currently unavailable as a result. We are aware of the issue and are working with IT support to rectify the problem.  Please note that this problem is not negatively impacting the processing of cases, only an applicant's ability to check the status of their case online.  We appreciate your patience as we endeavor to find a solution.

Hey guys,

I need a quick response. The NOS certificate from my country of residence was sent electronically, I presume this is the way they send it from Brazilian Embassy in Washington.

Is there any issue with this as the requirement is to mail it.

Please has anyone had experience with NOS being sent electronically?

Thanks.

Somewhere in this thread they spoke about this. Try to find it and hopefully it'll help you but from what I remember, it's ok for them to do it.

they actually have a diplomatic channel to send such documents from the embassy, you can see at the top of the letter you have received a copy that there is a protocol number. it is perfectly ok to have it send in such way, since the embassy have worked it out with the DoS.

Hi!

Someone applied in May-Jun and got waiver approved?

Also, is it normal they change your received documentation dates?

I sent all my docs in May 20 and I got my non-objection letter from my home country May 21, they sent it online...

First I had all my documents received in jun 12 and now it changed to July 29...

my no objection letter received July 02..

sad :(

Thank you.

Hello,

Constantly checking this thread has helped me a lot, both providing valuable information and reducing my anxiety. That's why I now share my timeline so far.
DOS updated the status online ~18 days after they have received my package and the NOS.

Packet received in St Louis, MO (USPS tracking) :  July 22nd 2019

Embassy sent No Objection Statement:                   July 22nd 2019

Application fee checked:                                             July 25th 2019

DOS updated status – Documents received:           August 10th 2019
