I got the 1797c notice of action letter from USCIS. It said they got the stuff from DOS on 8.13.20. Although DOS stated reco sent to uscis on 8.7.20

Yes. 

DOS recommendation               8.7.20

USCIS website received date.  8.13.20

USCIS postal date                      8.17.20

I received it on                            8.20.20

Update on the uscis part. Just checked they updated and my case was approved. Waiting for the letter to arrive.

Hey,

No i had applied for NOC from home country. So applied to DOS and sent their recommendation to USCIS

Embassy sent NOS - 26May

updated on dos website (except NOS)- 15 July

NOS received - 28July

FR by DOS -10 Aug

Neither DOS hardcopy nor USCIS receipt received still

So it took 12 days from receiving NOS to issuing FR, that's surprisingly fast! I haven't heard of any other application go that fast...
