Do you think is better to have an attorney and also I have no gouvernement funding from my Country either the United States.

i paid an agency to come here

I do not think that attorney is necessary in that case. The official DOS website is pretty clear in case how to proceed the application. However, if you feel more comfortable to hire attorney I do not see a problem with that.

Hi guys! I already got a favorable recommendation from Dept of State (March 4). What is next after this? Do I file anything at USCIS? Or fill out a form and mail to USCIS? Or do I just wait for the waiver from the USCIS?

I am a little nervous because I have not receive any notification from USCIS.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi. Congrats on getting that. No you do not need to do anything. USCIS is supposed to send you a receipt saying that they received the stuff from DoS by mail. So be patient and you should get it soon. Also I am not sure if USCIS is still working bc of the current situtation. Do you mind sharing your timeline and if you got a sponsorship or not? thanks!

Any updates on your case? I still don't have any update on mine. Sent an email on Feb 25, no response yet...

No update on my case (NOS received Dec 18). Emailed them last week. They took one month to reply when I emailed them first time to inquire about the NOS receipt. You might get the response soon.  When did your NOS received?  I hope that we all get our FR soon.

This is so frustrating! Same here - last time they replied to my email in a month! They received my NOS on January 23....hopefully we all will get our FR soon. Fingers crossed!
