Hi everyone,

I am a permanent resident and I just got married. I’m filling a petition for alien relative to my spouse, however I have a question. Should I send a copy of my marriage certificate together with the form I-130 and G- 325 A? Or should I wait until their ask for evidence of my marriage?

I appreciate any help.

JC

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

You need to read the instructions that accompany the I-130 petition on how to fill it out, and what documents you must submit in support of the I-130.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
