Evidence of marriage

Hi everyone,

I am a permanent resident and I just got married. I’m filling a petition for alien relative to my spouse, however I have a question. Should I send a copy of my marriage certificate together with the form I-130 and G- 325 A? Or should I wait until their ask for evidence of my marriage?

Greetings!

You need to attach a marriage certificate as a strong evidence that both of you are married. Otherwise where can the USCIS based that marriage without sedning an evidence.
