ELIS NO

hi

I am filling form of N400 form .There is a section of ELIS NO.

I have an old Email where Elis no is shown . which includes alphabets and numerical no . But when i enter this no in N400 form then they accept only numerical nos not alphabets. I dont know why?

There is also another 12 digit nos in same email which is uscis Account Identifier.What is it ?

Can i leave blank on form N400 form

When I trying to submit my N-400 Form online I got alot of mistake on it was some  answer were went blank for no reason so IO were nice and we go tho whole application spell names check work history Address phone numbers and date of births , After we ready for next step , so i got approved by spot . mistaken can happen , just make sure tell the truth .
