I know that it has to be someone that can answer this question for my dear friend because, I am totally unsure how to guy her.  She married a man from Jamaica that is from my husband's area. Well long story short she has come to learn that he has married her only to gain his status her in the USA.  He has now been here 2 1/2 years and hoping his 10 years will come soon.  Which isn't right because, she worked very hard to get him here and she feels hurt and use. Can someone please give some advise for me to share with Tammy so she can move forward.

File for divorce and give any evidence of fraud she has to USCIS. Other than that she can do nothing.

There is nothing she can do. If she feels her marriage is fake she can divorce. As he already has his CG he could have left long ago. He did not need her to ROC, he can and could do it on his own. 

Now if she has real proof of fraud she can report it. But other than a divorce there is nothing for her to do.

He has his Green Card so unless she has proof that the marriage was not entered in good faith then there is nothing she can do then divorce him and try and move on. 

 

He can apply for ROC (10 year GC) with a divorce waiver by himself.

Divorce and move on really... life is a bunch of experiences, good and bad... this was a bad one unfortunately.
