I'm a VSC Petitioner, but i'm defenitly not spoiled....day 70 and waiting.....

aww...that sucks. Just curious, what did you get the RFE for? Even if we're going to get one, at least it would be a little comforting that someone up there is paying attention to our file...

I got a IMBRA RFE even though I used the newest forms and checked No on the original I-129F. I called and asked why I got that, their answer, was they must have wanted duplicate copies reinstanted the imbra question, whatever it means.

That's strange...if your case had nothing to do with IMBRA and they're sending IMBRA related RFEs, then somewhere someone made a mistake or I misunderstood you. Have you tried contacting your congressman?

Yeah, I think it was a mistake on their part, I'll give them another week or two though before I get a congressman involved, I think I should get something this week, based on the timeliness of a couple other peopel with RFE's from Vermont.
