After my interview I-485 form, I got a letter to redo my 693 form since the one year validity expired. The thing is my spouse put the new form I-693 in a USPS mailbox and I have no way of tracking it. Uscis has not updated it page since it only states interview done and case is being reviewed. It was sent last week Monday. I was wondering the uscis customer service would not be of any help since they read your status on the internet which I have access to. So how do I get someone who is in charge of my cases like a tier 2 that can confirm that the I-693 has arrived at uscis field office in Philadelphia without requesting for an infopass or appointment.
