I am wondering ... if this is common to ask for the same documents again else they need anything additional to the forms already submitted

Its common.  I've seen it before especially the letters.

Note: Press the "quote" only once and you'll only see the post your responding to one time and not double.

Your fine with what you have.

You must be able to produce evidence that you and your fiancé(e) have met each other in person at some time during the two-year period prior to the filing date of your I-129f petition.

This is a rather old post but nevertheless, it has examples of how others had responded to the evidence of meeting. If you were to read over the thread I think you could pick out parts that you could use to create an answer to the RFE.

Thank You😊

Crossing my fingers that this will be the week for those of us still waiting to hear anything :)

Fingers, toes & everything else that I can manage to cross are crossed! Good vibes to everyone that are waiting for an RFE response and to those filers like myself, that haven't receive or heard anything since that NOA1 text/mail notice. I'm claiming this week is our week February Filers!
P.S
Our partners are worth the wait :)

Yes that true, but it makes me worry that you only get one shot to get it right..  but im gonna stay positve! My fiance has a criminal record.. could be something related to that. But i got notification on the app & then also on the old website, haven´t checked the new website.

Yeah we haven't heard anything since NOA1. We had missed the NOA1 in the mail when it was first issued and our status was updated stating our document was returned by the post office and that it would be held for 180 days so I'm slightly worried that even though we followed instructions and requested a new copy, our paperwork is still being held in some pile somewhere until the 180 days are up. My fiance calls every two weeks and the tier two last told us our application hasn't been touched yet which idk makes me twitch a bit. It really is one of the most testing experiences ❤️😊 we will all get there soon and the day we finally marry our significant other we can pat eachother on the back and say we did it 👍

Yes, we didn´t get our Noa1 in the mail either.. i don´t know if it´s due to change of address but im guessing it was re-sent in the end & we did not ask for them to send us another copy, they told my fiance that we didn´t really need it... But im just gonna remain positive & hopeful! thats all we can do!! this is just a little drop in the ocean when we get to spend the rest of our time with our loved one :)

You don't need the NOA1 for anything.  Its never asked for.

Your case is still processing despite that you think its sitting somewhere till the 180 day candle burns out allowing some adjudicator touch your file. BTW your background checks are already being processed and during this period that your case is sitting.

A tier on officer cannot see the current status of your file other than its in their possession.

This process is about who as more patience,  you or USCIS.

Stay positive. I got the same and was so anxious to know what the RFE was about. Finally it came and they just wanted a "legible" copy of my Judgment of Divorce. So, don't stress yourself out. Just wait with a positive mind.
