Well this is my case now. For a few days I have a bad feeling without knowing why. Our package was sent by a friend of my boyfriend, because he traveled to another state and did not have time to do it. I am visiting my fiancé in the USA. UU And we decided to look for the original documents that we sent to your friend, since you only needed copies and discovered that your friend did not send a description of what the first meeting was like, letters of intent to get married or evidence of meeting in the last 2 years . Now my head is spinning and I am afraid of the UN Receiving NOID in the best of cases ... We call USCIS Level 2 USCIS And we find that we still do not have RFE with they are still working on the case and the last update of our case. May 31, without any decision. What could happen?

You can make an attempt to correct the information now by using this cover letter below and including what you think is missing. Just change the information in the letter to reflect your concerns. If you do not make this effort I am sure you will receive a RFE to correct and or submit (or both).

This letter has worked for others to correct errors or for missing documentation or errors that you would like to update, correct or add. You won't get a NOID.

Gracias.

Since I started this forum I write in English, but sometimes I translate automatically. Sorry!

i should have been in the thread along time ago because am also a February filler. my case was filled from february 11. and we got a rfe may 10 and we are still waiting on that letter to know what the rfe for.

i am to see everybody for february is approved

Did you get your RFE in the mail yet? If not that's way to long. I got mine 7-10 days after it was issued. Also I called and left my name and number for a call back from a level 2. They called me and said they can email a copy of  RFE within 30 mins of hanging up. He was really nice and emailed it to me. That gave me time to work on getting what they were requesting while I waited to receive the original in the mail. My RFE was for another complete copy of my divorce decree signed. I had only sent the first page and there was no signature. It was really old from 1991. Hope this is helpful. I sent my reply May 31st and already got a notice from them they received it on June 4th and are working on my case again. Im hoping to receive my NOA2 by end of next wk.

RFE's take 2-4 weeks to be sent out. Sometimes they will tell you that you have an RFE and then it gets cancelled. If you get a tier two sometimes they will fax it to you.

Now I'm confused, an officer told us that on May 21 they sent us an RFE, but we lost the connection, I contacted again and the next officer says that there is no RFE .... I do not know what to believe.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
