Congratulations, they are excellent news. They also told us that even the office is working on it and they have not yet made a decision. What gives me hope. I will be visiting my fiancé in the USA next Saturday, it would be incredible to receive the news together.

For us RFE petitioners, has anyone received the NOA2 after sending in the required answers?  If so how long was that gap? I sent in my RFE info to USCIS and they received it on March 22nd. Wondering how long before they approve it.

Hey everyone!

APPROVED!!!!!!!! Read My story!

First all of, I wan to say thank you to God and thank you to everyone on this page for ur kind, supporting and encouraging words always. I was freaking out.

So i am out of town for a mini trip and wont be back until monday or so. I signed up for informed delivery on Monday 5/20. So I have my email on my phone, so when I get an email I get an alert on my phone. I got the email this morning. I first got an alert on thursday from USPS and i was so excited and I later discovered twas for some things I ordered online. SO when I got this was it said "Informed Delivery" I was shaking and then opened the email then it said from USCIS with a screenshot. I immediately called my fiance and even sent the pic bc I was so focused and the only thing I had on my mind was that I am not home and wont be back until Monday and what will I do? What if it is an RFE or there's a problem? Then I remembered someone on here said to know if it is an REF it will have multiple pages but this one said 1of1. SO I was still confused and grabbed my computer to check online and it said " Your Case was Approved on May 21 that is Tuesday" No Text! No Email! No Nothing only the informed delivery/mail itself. I remember checking the website on friday morning right before my trip and it said we received your case thats all. Well sorry for the long story and I wish everyone still waiting all the best!

We are approved!

NOA1 Feb 7th

NOA2 May 21

Nigeria! 103days!

Ready for the next steps! WHat do we do now??????

If so how long was that gap? 2-4 Weeks on average. Some cases take longer.

I sent in my RFE info to USCIS and they received it on March 22nd. Wondering how long before they approve it. No one can say with any certainty when you might receive yours.

More patience is needed.
