did you get a text or email, or just the paper copy ?

I will not be at home till June 12th so if they don't send a text or update their website, I would not even know for the next 1 month :D

There is a service provided by the USPS (US Postal Service) whereby each morning USPS will scan your incoming mail (just the address side of the envelope) and email you an update. It's very convenient these days to have advance notice that an important piece of mail is being delivered.

The service is available to most communities but some are still being rolling out so not all areas are available. Check the website with your zip code to verify your location is available for the service. A person in the USA can sign up for this free service here: https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action

You can also use the USPS Mobile app available in the Google play store.

Hello, I just communicated with USCIS via chat,
and the representative told me: "your case is in process,
the office working on it." I would like to know if some of you ever had
that answer and it will be true that USCIS is working on the case

The person operating the chat likely isn't the person working on your case and will probably see that it is simply in process and gave that answer. There is no reason for your case to not be processed. February approvals are just starting to pop up in the last two weeks or so.. I assume you will be hearing soon :) The estimated timeline on your page suggests May 31 at the earliest for a response. Unless its long past that I'd just keep waiting :)

I have received 3 of these so far. Just means that they haven’t forgotten about you. I have been receiving them every 2 weeks via text message.
