I get it! that gives me peace of mind, we include boarding passes, flight reservations and copies of both passports where they can find stamps, but we need to check a box that we do not need a Waiver. It only remains to wait with faith and everything will be fine.

Absolutely! Sounds like you're really organised and on top of everything, I'm sure you'll be getting good news even sooner than expected.

I only screamed a little bit when I found out we got a letter in the mail today..

NOA2 Approved!!!!

NOA1 14th Feb 2019

NOA2 4th May 2019

(79 days from NOA1 to NOA2)

Completely unexpected and was sure we'd have to send in more evidence. But I guess they liked all our goofy photos.

Those Feb approvals are coming fast and will be here before you know it!!

Congrats!!!!

My NOV1 was also on 14th Feb, thank you for sharing your updates!

Hope that I will also receive my NOA2 soon...waiting nervously

You'll be next! Realised that 4th May was a Saturday so maybe staff are working overtime to get more applications approved.

Thank you! No text or email, just the letter. My fiance has the info for checking online, but I don't since I knew if I did I'd be checking it constantly.

It's true that USCIS does not recommend  you use binders to submit your packet, but they are not going to refuse  your submission or prolong the adjudication process just because you used a binder. I used a binder myself as my petition was front loaded to the max as was it thick. A binder was my only logical solution. I would not worry about it. You'll be fine.

It's recommend that you do not use a binder but it will not slow the process down. Many have a rule of thumb is to keep it simple. I tend to agree.

200, 300 or 400 or more pages of frontloading an application only exposes you to additional scrutiny.

So, for example you are sending in your pictures from your trip and you send 100 photos of you and he around your country and sometimes the two of you like to meet in another country that's hasn't been friendly with the USA and the adjudicator sees where you have been and orders an additional report. The report returns and they see something that create another doubt in the adjudicators mind so they dig deeper. This time a report from that country is asked for. But maybe the other country is not to happy with USA so they "sit" on the request for information for a few months and finally send it back.

I think you see where I am going with this. When you are working with someone who has your "future life" in their hands give them what "do will do". This is a time to learn to keep your "mouth shut" and if asked a questions answer it truthfully but get straight to the facts and not embellish the story.

Here are the tips for assembling forms or packets you send to USCIS: https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips

I see what do you mean by that . I kept it simple when I did the papers I put like 2 days on each paper maximum 3 pics for each day and 2 lines for description we met only in my home country (Tunisia) he visited me twice for three weeks on total.  I didn't put to much of our conversation and video calls maybe 5 pages in total it was not a huge binder I put stickers on the sides and i organized all the papers like the cover letter. I was scared that was going to slow the process for us .

Its in the adjudicators hands whether they ask for more but what you have has gotten similar applicants a oassing grade. Relax. Not much you can do at this point but wait.
