It has been reported through out the I-129f threads that your experience with "old" and "new" website for updates on your case will work none of the time, a few times, some of the time and all the time. It's like playing the lottery. Sometimes you win and sometimes you don't. Just keep trying is all we can say as there is no other way.

Just seen someone with a NOA1 of 31st Jan already got their NOA2 from CSC! Crazy, and so exciting.

My future MIL said she had a dream we got good news a lot faster than expected, I really hope she's right!

I guess that means maybe in the next couple weeks we'll start seeing our first February approval 😍

Received NOA 1 on the 13th of February. Can someone please tell the current time line - before NOA 2. Thanks.

No one can say with any certainty.  Follow your timeline and follow igor's list and you will have a pretty good idea. Most now are in the 5-6 range which has come down from 7-8 just two months ago. And of course you read the post in this thread and you will have a good idea. Remember your mileage may vary.

Use the blue ribbon above, chose the "immigration timeline" and review the page looking for Igor's list.

Hi everyone,

Does anyone here know about or have any experience with doing a k1 with a fiance i. Kazakhstan? Is processing time affected by country?

Just seeing how so many petitions are getting approved quickly it makes me have a hope but then again who knows? Someone on this forum is a Kazakhstani and their petition was received back in December but they still havent gotten any NOA2. 😨

Is processing time affected by country? Yes. Friendlier nations seem to process quicker and not so friendly nations are slower. There are many factors involved in adjudicating a case. Remember no two are the same. Here is some information they may help: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GqCssUcCP0cQhJxMmJY_ewz1hIY_-M5M/view?usp=sharing

I've done a little research for your consulate. Here is what I have found. Immigrant visas to the United States are processed for citizens and residents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan at the Consulate General in Almaty.

Further information can be found here: https://kz.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visas/

If you get a P3 letter from the consulate could you share a copy with me. I will use it to help others who come behind you. Thanks.
