Hello, hello!

Welcome back :)

Urge is keeping track of the NVC receipts. Below is his most recent post:-

So far in this thread, we have Liz Leija(sept. NOA2), supernova (Oct 15 noa2), SilverFuel (Oct. 23 NOA2) already forwarded on to their embassies. Jordanluvr (Oct 22 NOA2), chabo (Oct 19 NOA2) and I (Oct. 22 NOA2) have our petitions at NVC, and have gotten our NVC/embassy case numbers, but they have not been forwarded. SilverFuel was NOA2ed a day after Jordanluvr and I, but managed to get to NVC 1 day before us (and SilverFuel was NOA2ed the same day as edp333 who is not at NVC yet).

It's looking quite positive at the moment (although I dare not get my hopes up). Josh will be phoning again either tomorrow or Wednesday to see if they've received ours yet.

intresting no more approvals this past week!! :crying: , I hope there will be this new week

does any of the approved cases got the NOA2 but no online update? or the other way around got online updated to approved but didn't get the NOA2 by mail?

looking at the last chart release by A & G, I see that there is 75 total cases 47(I-129F) of them got approved, if I am not wrong (I counted the approved 3 times with 3 different numbers..very early in Monday the morning :blink: ).. and we got 28 cases left, and looking that most of the 47 cases approved were in the last couple of weeks, then I have high hops the coming 4 weeks will bring a good news to the 28 cases left :dance:

I'm also hoping we'll see many more approvals this week. CSC seems to be making a concerted effort to approve cases at the moment and they need to continue this for many months to come to get back to their old approval times.

Quite a few of the recent approvals have received their NOA2 with no online update at all or (in the case of John & Celia) have received an online update that one of their petitions has been approved but received the NOA2's for both petitions.

No one has stated they have received online approval and no NOA2 hardcopy.

When I saw my online approval, I told myself I wouldn't believe it until Josh had the hardcopies in his hands. After all, the website can change but the pieces of paper we receive are the proof ;)

No, we don't have ours yet :( We're hoping they might input it into the NVC's system by the end of the week. When we do get our case number, rest assured our timeline will be updated ;) Urge, silverfuel and jordanlvr are the most recent ones I believe and their approval was a few days before ours.

When I mentioned phoning "again" it was because Josh tried on Friday and didn't have any luck with the NVC :(

Yes, wintime, I hope and pray that this week or in the next couple of weeks, we get approved. I called CSC on Nov. 7 and was told that my petition was not on anyone's desk yet.

During this painful process I'm trying to count my blessings and I just have to say that I feel very blessed that I have applied at the same time as some really wonderful people on VJ.

G&A, C&J, Super Nova, pkewl, Urge to Race, edp333 ... and several others (I'm sorry if I'm forgetting some). Your posts have been essential in keeping my sanity. We have all been blessed to be stuck in a hole with really intelligent, helpful and proactive people.

Thank you for your insight, research, patience and kindness. You are all.. everyone in VJ... in my prayers everyday.

I agree totally DivineMercy, I couldn't have picked a better group of people to be going through this process with. Everyone is so supportive and full of hope not only for their own petitions but for everyone else going through the process. It really helps to boost the moral on days when this process gets to you.

Lets hope CSC/VSC send out some approvals today and didn't over-do things on their long weekend
