Raquel and Torito, big congratulations to you both :D That's fabulous news... and they seem to have skipped so far ahead with the processing date too (CSC never ceases to confuse me :blink: ) Which is a ray of light to those people after you :D Your approvals have jumped ahead of a lot of people, so here extra-hoping that they'll see their's shortly :thumbs:

Thanks! a little bit more patience JohnWendy and you are almost there too. I keep telling myself that everytime i see people who got approved on K1 who submitted their application later than ours. G was off by 20 days. i guess CSC is trying to make up to us now :)

Only off by 10 days (G&A estimated 11/11 so CSC are really pulling out all the strings :thumbs: )

thank you all.... god! i still can't believe this is happening. i'm 100% sure that USCIS approved our case today because of that innocent email. you must "touch" them, to touch your case.

Good luck to all and keep the hope... many of us will be very happy this month! :)

Thanks! How many petitions do you think they need to amass before sending them out?

Honestly, I have no idea but someone surmised that they send a truckload at a time (and considering how many petitions USCIS say they process, filling that truck shouldn't take long at all). I'm just hoping that we aren't going to be waiting as long as the April filers did.

I need to claw back some time on my journey so I'd love to kick-start the next step, while trying to remain optimistic for my February estimate :whistle:

CSC is really rolling now. They are approving may and june now, with some April filers still waiting. Someone must have pulled a box out of order. Best wishes to those still waiting. :thumbs:

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

11/13/2007 - I129F forwarded to embassy.

11/18/2007 - 129F petition received at embassy

01/09/2008 - finally, DOS gives me the interview date, April 16, 2007 (ouch)

01/23/2008 - never got packet 4, emailed embassy

04/11/2008 - picked up packet 4, did medical

04/14/2008 - medical report pickup, no problems

We should be soon as we were a week before you guys... this is the week.... I feel it !

let the time march for us.. I am waiting on a July 2 NOA1 sent June 19th to Texas and received June 25th at Texas.. Please let the time go foward for me and my husband.. I need some good news .. I am getting so heartbroken and sick

my NOA1 is 3 days before you... so I am riding this train with you.. but we dropped the 129f because it was misfiled.. please god let things work out for me and my baby... I need some happiness

I know how you feel, Wahrania. It's getting so difficult being apart this long and having our lives on hold. Let's keep praying that CSC kicks it up into high gear and we get out of there asap! :thumbs:
