Checked the USCIS site this morning and it's finally happened: APPROVED 25th October :D:dance: No email confirmation yet, just the website updated... looking forward to having it on paper when Josh gets them in the mail :)

Now only 6 more weeks and I'll finally be out of USCISs clutches :whistle:

Thank you for your support. But, I really believe USCIS will hold our applications to the 11th hour. They pull applications by random and it has to travel back to the original officer who looked at it first. We all know their work load with these people is overflowing and the need to work it into their schedule. OMG scares me! I do want to say it but, I believe they will take there good old time and keep this painful, disappointing, and extreme wait going.... :crying: But, thank you and somehow I need to pull my spirits back up. I am truely happy for the both of you and soon you will be united with your hubby!!! JUST AWESOME MY FRIEND!!! :thumbs::thumbs:

There are many many people on here rooting for your approval to come through. You have been a big morale booster to lots of us through this whole process and you are one of the approvals I will be very very happy to see.

The process is hard but keep your mind on that light at the end of the tunnel. The day your husband steps through immigration will make this whole process, and all of the miserable days it causes us, become a distant memory. *hugs*

Married in Guangzhou, China 12-2006.

05/03/07: I-130's for CR-1 and CR-2 mailed to CSC via USPS

06/23/07: NOA-1/I-797C's.

11/06/07: NOA-2’s were issued. CR-1/2 Abandoned, for K-3/4.

I will attend the interview with my husband and when return back here together and walk through Immigration to our homeland it will be priceless! Hope that you get approved soon and finally get to be with your loved one :thumbs: I still can't believe this is taking so long for us April Filers (compared to March who already have passed their visa interviews)... one month really does make a big difference.. Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013
