I just checked my email and as of 11:45 October 19 our I129F has been approved !!!!!!

I guess they wanted me to know they sent it twice I already called Marivic and I think she is still screaming with joy.

So G&A update me on the chart please. OOOhhh what a great day!!:dance::dance:

Great news. Very happy for you Chabo!

ok here goes, i received an email saying that USCIS sent a request for evidence yesterday for my k3. i think this is so weird because my I130 was approved with no rfe at all some months ago and close to complete at the visa center. isnt it weird that there were no questions about my marriage with the I130, but there is with the K3?

Sorry to hear about the RFE. It is weird that you are getting it now. I am certain it is something minor like a typo on your app or missing fields. Do not worry :) + your 130 is zum zum ;)

Congratulations Chabo, it's great to see another approval in this thread :D

Unfortunately, I'm over 180 days too and no sign of good news. Josh called the mis-information line on Friday to see if they could update us at all. They said if our case had been touched within the last 60 days (which is had, but only just - 21st Aug vs 19th Oct) then it was being "actively processed" and that we shouldn't phone again to chase the petition for another 30 days. Josh is going to ignore that and try to talk to a more helpful person later today.

At what point is getting a senator involved actually advisable? We're already at 193 days from priority date on the I130 :(

I have a question to everybody, if you have the answer, why I don't have any touches even though I have been

I130 sent 164 days a go

I129 sent 109 days a go

online status state that USCIS have received my case for process as follow

I130 139 days a go

I129 77 days a go 'this is how many days my case has been on CSC

now all these days with no touches at all, is that normal? And what I can do to get my case moving?

I see most of you (if not all) have touches, I am thinking this is because every time you make a call your case get touched, which I don't know what that may benefit the case

Any info will be appreciated

Moreover someone in this forum stated that after calling USCIS they have told him they are processing 04/22, is that correct? have anyone who called reacently got any info on what date they are now?

Many cases can go through without any touches at all, from receipt of the forms until close to the completion. So do not worry :)

Most early touches are caused by the petitioner and not by USCIS being pro-active (I believe this to be a physical impossibility, btw). Some people may phone and ask for things which require the case to be touched, or some may use the RFE trick (which also results in a touch). For example, the 2 touches I have had were for USCIS finally actioning an address change and sending a copy receipt (as we never received the original one). Without those 2 touches, our case would not have been touched since it's transfer to CSC.

An early touch doesn't really mean anything (except if USCIS are sending a request for further evidence) because we know what time-frames USCIS are working to.

Also, touches are caused by USCIS transferring petitions around to other service centers and coupling the I-130 and I-129F together. When they couple the applications; normally USCIS will process both applications together.

Yes, when you telephone USCIS in most cases it will show a touch on the website. However, I have seen where it did not show anything. I believe Edp had this experience. Anyway, its an extreme process and the wait is dreadful!!!! Best of luck!!!

Dont worry about the touches, i got approved without any touch and my online status still shows Case Recieved and Pending, just keep watching the timelines on this board and that should give you an idea on when people close to your date are getting approved.

Dear friends... i need another information from you. I'm sure is a simple one, but i don't know it :)

so... what is exactly the list of docs that are necessary for the package to be sent after approval ?! I don't want to lose any second after approval. I estimate it in late November, early December. Thank you in advance for everything.

I130 Touches or NOT: My I130 has never been touched EVER since its NOA1. I believe the online CRIS still shows 06/05/07 as the last update, which is the date I think my I130 NOA1 was generated. Whats even more surprising is, unlike most people, my I130 DINT get touch even tho I called USCIS mis-information line last Fri (on 10/19) and I still dont see any touch/update on my I130 as of this morning (10/22).

I129F Touches or NOT: No touch since 07/12/07, which is when it was received by CSC from NBC.

Hope this helps. Good Luck to all.
