Hi All,

Finally my I-129F got approved on October 3. As you all might know according to Processing Times listed for CSC on the USCIS website, they are processing I-129F applications with Receipt date of March 15,2007. However, I had been calling the USCIS every single day since last 2 weeks and asked them when will my I-129F will be approved every single time I called. On Oct 1st I asked to speak with a Customer Service Manager when I called the NSCS (1-800-375-5283) and told the manager about applications being approved from CSC that were filed much later than when I had filed. She did not have a good explanation of why that happened however she told me that I should hear from CSC very very soon. And sure enough the next day I got an email saying that I-129F has been approved. I maybe wrong but I think calling the NSCS hotline and persistently barraging them with the same question over and over helps. Good luck to all.

I-130 Processing:

4/21/07 - Mailed I-130 to Texas Service Center

4/24/07 - Received by Texas Service Center

Hey Kathryn..

Hope u doing good...

The OP probably meant "NCSC", which stands for "National Customer Service Center". Its the USCIS's central customer service number (main contact#) where you can call and ask status or I guess just about anything in regards with your petition/applicaiton.

Hope this helps. Good Luck.

oooooooooh haha thanks Pkewl. I did call them today. They were unable to answer any questions as usual. They're like soldiers protecting the REAL officers from phone calls. I can't seem to get them to let me talk to one.

I'm fine though, thanks Pkewl.. just frustrated like everyone else. I hope all is well with you.

I am doing ok...I guess. I know "frustrated" wont even come close to describe how we both (and many others here on VJ) feel at this time with this whole K3 process. I know both of us will agree that thats an understatement at this time, well atleast for me but thanks for asking. Appreciate it. I 've been quite bz lately at work but its ok I guess...

TC and talk with you again... Try to have a good weekend. Good Luck.
