Checks cleared, we have our WAC!

Bank shows it cleared yesterday but when I checked last night the bank had not updated their online records yet, today it shows the check and image.

Yeah!!! I was able to see my check cleared last night. (My case is similar to yours Puerco.) Now hopefully the NOA1 will be in the mail soon!!!!

Mailed the I-129F lickity-split this afternoon.

I have sent our I 130 off on June 6th and now just waiting to hear something back. I just pray that they got it, but I sent it certified, so I should have gotten something back in the mail, letting me know that it was picked up.

It took over 2 1/2 weeks for my receit to get back to me I went online to USPS and entered the number on the ticket to find out when it got there. Just go to track and confirm if they have anything it will show up there first.

I am so excited our cheques cleared today!!

My husband called me at work but my phone died just as he was said "I'm looking at the bank now and lets see ......oh some cheques have cleared they are....." click my battery died I was running around my office like an idiot trying to find a charger!! Talk about a cliff hanger!!!!

Anyway I have given lovely hubby strict instructions that he should get everything copied then all he needs to do is take a copy of the NOA1 and Bobs your uncle, it can be away! Yay going to go and make a celebratory cup of tea now!!

I have been a little busy with work so have not had the time to keep upto date with everyones progress. I find it really reassuring when you can see everyone plodding along! So congratulations to anyone I have missed out!

Also, I noticed on my time line that there is not enough infomation to estimate a date for us. I am presuming this goes off historical data? Anyway, I thought I would just remind everyone to keep updating their timelines so that those who come after us can get an estimated date, I don't want to sound like a school teacher sorry if I do! oh and sorry to anyone who is a teacher but youknow what I mean!

I am off work next week so will perhaps get the chance to visit these boards more, a need to do more research fro the next steps after teh I 129f hasd been posted so hope to catch with people then.

Even our baby steps will get us there!

So what now? Can anyone provide a list of what they are including in the I-129F packet?

1. everything from the I-130 packet

2. Copy of the NOA1

3. ? anything else?

Did you include pictures? Letters? IMs? Anything of that nature? I didn't include any of that with the I-130.. should I have? Should I now with the I-129F? Can you all just give us a run down of what you are sending with the I-129F? That would be so helpful!

Hi folks. I have been busy on business travel and just read thru this thread and Wow.... So i was like let me log on to my bank and check to see if there is any love today.... and there it was $190 check has cleared!

I hope to get the NOA1 this week. I-129F almost ready. I am going to work on it tomorrow.

Just wanted to send our thanks out to G&A for maintaining the spreadsheet, already it has done wonders for our patience.

Good luck on your journey! Sheesh, it took a whole month just to receive the I-130 NOA1 so that I can apply for the I-129F.. It seems the average time to get the I-129F NOA1 is about 1 week after you submit it? Haha, I see someone added me to the "big list" (thank you, I forgot to tell you guys).. Hope we can all get our visa approved soon!

Our check cleared on June 6, VSC actually generated the NOA1 the day before on June 5 and the NOA1 letter was postmarked June 6. We received it in the mail on June 12. So ours took just under a week (including a weekend) to get from VSC to Canada.

Assuming they follow the same sequence, your NOA1 should already be in the mail, since your check has been cashed.

Remember now that your check has been cashed, you can get your case number off the back of the check and sign up at the USCIS visa status page!

Yeah, that's the standard reply for the I-130 & Yes! your case was touched on June 12. It won't show any changes if it's just you logging in to check on it (as far as I know), it means someone at the service center was doing something with it. Mine and several other Vjer's even got touched last *Sunday*!

So, we're in the loop. I hope Chicago is as fast!
