Hey all,

I too just recieved a package from the VSC. Unfortunately it was not an NOA1. They rejected my petition! :crying:

In my haste, I had forgotten to sign the actual I-130. (I swore I checked it 5x) *bangs head repeatedly against the wall* I sent it back today. Oddly enough, I noticed my check was attached with stamp that said deposited. Also there was a sticker that was on my I-130 petition that began with EAC. G&A, am I still considered a May filer even though I had to refile again today? ;) I'll keep you all updated.

ahhh that just su..s It would be interesting how long will it take you to get the NOA1.

I mailed my I130 off to the attorney to put with my exhibits and my guess is that it will leave his office on Friday so I dated the mailing date as of Friday. We have an approved 129f but we got married so its null and void and have to start all over again

Mine was received in the Nevada Service Center on May 18. I am experiencing same thing, check not being cashed and no NOA1. So to answer your question, yes, others are slow as well. It seems Vermont and California are fairly quick though.

Mabrouk!!! Congratulations to all of you who received any word or receipt!! This encourages me. I sent mine out on May 9, USPS delivery confirmation May 15 (i paid priority..Hmmm whassup with that?), No check cashed yet.. USCIS info center don't have our names in their system.. Sooooo... I tried to patiently (stomach twisting, squeezing my eyes shut periodically) this past week... Aaagh!! I will call again tomorrow and really really hope to get good news!! I will keep you posted. Can't wait to update my timeline. Just another way I see my love getting closer to me.

P.S. I filed with Texas Service Center.. I read a post from ???? earlier of someone who said he did also but found that TSC sent it to California and they were backed up. If anyone has update on this or more info, please add it to post. Thanks

It seems the average time to get the I-129F NOA1 is about 1 week after you submit it?
