I am not showing up in your chart. Steph1973. I recieved my NOA1 6/20. Please add me.

I would be worried but then a lot of other folks in the chart below are in the same situation. Maybe they do not always update the file to show it is now pending. According to the chart, they are 3 weeks overdue.

Hi G&A,

I haven't told you this, but your chart is really great..I appreciate all your hard work!! I'm sure everyone finds it helpful too.

When you have the time, maybe you could update my part. You'll notice I have 2 horses in a race now. I originally filed for K-3, but am chasing a CR-1 too...whichever comes first.

Thanks so much & Good luck on your Journey..Godspeed

Hello G,

How is your week going so far? I wanted to let you know that I received my NOA-1 for I-129F in the snail mail today, August 27, 2007, a day after your estimate on the chart. The I-130 was touched on August 22, I am guessing because they received K-3 petition? The received date on the notice is August 15, 2007 and the notice date is August 21, 2007.

By the way, I sent in my K-3 without the fee even though I filed I-130 before July 30, and stated that I sent no fee due to it was after July 30 on my cover letter and on my NOA-1 it states that the fee was waived, so I can confirm that you do not have to send the old fee or the difference between the old fee for the I-130 and the new fee for the I-130, send no fee at all. They do accept it.

Please update me on your chart the next time you do it.

Thanks,

Deb

Finally got my NOA 1 today, dated 15Aug07, but receipt date 13April07 for my I-130. They are now progressing so........

Tussie, does you 129F say is it is pending at CSC?

Yep. I have called for a receipt. They said to allow the processing time frame. I did have a touch on it on the 29th of June, but thats it. I will keep you informed when I receive anything from USCIS. I remember when I called USCIS and asked about that, they said that Chicago is just a distribution center. They input your info and then send it to the service center that has your I-130. But you will not loose your line #. Like I have MSC XXXXXXXXXX instead of WAC. But they said I will not loose my spot in line. Thank you by the way for updating information and helping people get informed. I know that you really dont have to do this but it has been helpful for alot of us. I really wish you luck with the process too. Its been about 4 and a half months already. Hopefully this does not take a year!!!!! For anybody

Hi Tussie - I think the info you were given is correct. I was just wondering if you see the words "pending at CSC" when you log on onto the USCIS website. Thanks for the wishes. Good luck to you too.

Hi G&A...

Thought I'd let you know that today 8/25, I received my hard copy of the I-797C NOA2 from CSC on the approval of my I-129F..It was dated August 21, 2007..

(received date on notice was April 27,2007..4 months)

Don't forget to update me...

I have not been here in a while and i see a few have gotten approved.....it has been 103 days since my NOA1 for our I129F so I am hoping something will happened soon

Welcome back...

Hi,

My online status changed to pending after a touch on August 10. I got the notice that they were transferring from MSC back in early June. Don't know what happened, was it lost at CSC all this time, delayed in being sent to CSC, or just not updated, but it took a lot longer that what most others in this thread have gotten. I hope this doesn't slow me down too much.

I have been away for awhile (was visiting my wife and did not feel like fretting about the visa process for that time), but I PM'ed G&A with this update to the chart.

Urge - i will put 8/10 for your "pending" date. hope all is well!

I am not showing up in your chart. Steph1973. I recieved my NOA1 6/20. Please add me.

Hi Steph, Can you please fill your time line on VJ? I have a link at the end of my signature below.

I got the following info from your profile. can you verify the 129F date? also, please provide the 130 info.

After no movement on the I130 since it was first received in mid-April and no movement on I129F since the end of May... both of our petitions have now been touched (08/20/07). We have not contacted USCIS for a while, so this touch is not caused by any queries we have raised :)

Well, we found out on Friday the reason for the touches... The touch on the 20th was the "confirmation of address change" that Josh called the miss-information line about back in June. And the touch on the 21st was to FINALLY send out the NOA1 for the I130 petition we filed back in April.

Hopefully this will mean that all the other "missing" NOA1s from April will finally be sent out by the CSC :)

Hi guys !

I have some questions regarding RFE (I-30) issues, We have been waiting for the RFE letter for more than a month now, as we did not get the letter we called to them to re-send it.

So my question are, Do they stop to work on I-129F since both cases are in the same Service Center ? We havent had any touch on our I-129F case since 08/03. Is it a problem that we decided to follow K-3 route instead of CR1 since my husband lives overseas with me for more than 10 months now.

Still confused about these two options.

Thank you so much !!

Davejaz42107,

Congrats. VSC does it again. Any word on your I-129F?

Also, are you a "standard" applicant, or do you qualify for any expedited process such as military deployment?

Others reading this thread,

If you have received or do receive approval and you are on some type of expedited track, please note this in either your timeline comments and or your signature or post on this thread. This will help with the majority going through a "standard" process. I have seen on some threads people get upset and overreact because someone is way faster then they are. There can be reasons for this. A simple comment of "Expedited process for military deployment" or other similar note would be great.

Thanks,

Robin

Thanks Robin,

I am a standard applicant. I have never been able to view my I-129F since it was sent out. I did get a notice a little while ago telling me that it had been transferred to VSC as well to expedite the process. I'm not military though, just a lonely husband seeking to get his wife here as soon as humanly possible :)

Welcome back to VJ Urge to Race. I hope you had a fantastic trip.

Naturalization

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date
