Ok, gotcha, you must update the chart once a week? I know it must be really hard to keep up with everyone with such a large list. I don't mean to be a pain. :innocent:

G&A,

Taking the latest data and dumping questionable (extreme lows and highs from average) entries, I come up with the following wait times for K-3 I-129F's sent in March 2007.

CSC:

I-129F Sent to NOA1: 9 days

I-129F NOA1 to NOA2: 131 days

Total: 140 days

VSC:

I-129F Sent to NOA1: 9 days

I-129F NOA1 to NOA2: 112 days

Total: 121 days

Rounded to days.

Used NCS and TCS data for CSC stats.

Note breakdown to fit your spreadsheet appropriately. (Not sure which number you're using.)

Robin, i will update everyone's I-129F NOA2 estimated date based on your stats. I have my sheet sorted by the NOA1 column and I peg every other date to it. So i will be using the 131 and 112. (used to be 126 and 112 so CSC is 5 days longer and VSC is the same since your latest stat)

Thanks Raj,

I did had one touch which was 8/7/07. I was really hoping to see the I129 approval. Since I129 was transfered to VSC right after my approval for I130. I am not sure If i am back in the line. I see lots of people getting approvals for both at the same time. Yours might be coming very soon so as mine

Thanks

Robin, i will update everyone's I-129F NOA2 estimated date based on your stats. I have my sheet sorted by the NOA1 column and I peg every other date to it. So i will be using the 131 and 112. (used to be 126 and 112 so CSC is 5 days longer and VSC is the same since your latest stat)

Thanks,

G

G,

The I-130 NOA2 estimate would be extra information and good for curiosity; however, VJ timelines doesn't have a column for days calculated for the I-130 like the I-129F, and I don't have the time nor patience to run all those numbers while throwing out skeptical data. The service centers are trying to complete both at the same time anyways, so I would just put the same date in for the I-130 NOA2 estimate.

How about this for an idea? Add a column at the very end of your chart and label it something like, "Last Estimated Date for I-129F NOA2." (Abbreviated of coarse.) This way we will be able to compare actual vs. chart estimates as approvals begin rolling in a few years from now. (Oops, I mean a few WEEKS from now. Sorry, a little CSC administration sarcasm steam.)

You could even add a column for the "Last known VJ I-129F NOA2 Estimate." (Data acquired through user input.) Then, this thread and your chart would be a great archive for the accuracy of the VJ timelines and its estimates.

Just a couple of ideas. Thanks again for maintaining your chart. I will continue to try and support you with the estimates; however, I will be in SE Wisonsin this coming weekend to visit my family.

Good evening,

Robin

 Good news everyone. USCIS has updated their CSC processing times, and Im sure for all other centers, and for US Citizens filing for spouses...they are now working on February 13 cases. So I hope that I will see an approval soon, or at least by October. I did receive a touch on Sunday. And I have 7 days until I take leave to see my sexy German.:yes::yes:(L)

Had a nice surprise when I logged into the USCIS site today...

After no movement on the I130 since it was first received in mid-April and no movement on I129F since the end of May... both of our petitions have now been touched (08/20/07). We have not contacted USCIS for a while, so this touch is not caused by any queries we have raised :)

While I'm am thinking it is a "pairing up" of the files and not getting my hopes up about an approval being anytime soon, I am happy that it means they haven't completely forgotten our petitions

Sorry for the extra post, for some reason I couldn't edit my last one... Unfortunately, for the second update running, CSC has failed to list the K3 as a separate visa category. I presume because I130 and K1/K2 are similar time frames, then so is ours, but why is it so difficult for USCIS to actually list them? :(
