Forgot to mention that you can send me a message if you want me to update the table. We have 8 groups who have skipped the I-130 NOA1!

post-29453-1183764908.png

Wow!!! Congrats...this is really good news....I wish you good luck...

Keep in touch we are almost the same timeline...the only difference I made a mistake to wrong address... :(

Thank you. Good luck to you too. I am sure you will get you NOA1 soon. They are pretty good at forwarding these applications to the proper center.

:thumbs:A Big Congrats to YOU and YOUR LOVE!!!

I sent my I-129F a week after you. Really encouraging when I hear good news like this. I was so nervous at first to send out I-129F without receiveing NOA1 for I-130 (in which has not arrived yet.. because last I heard..it was never really sent out...Ahhhh...shame on USCIS for misleading info) Anyway.. let us know if your check was cleared. I impatiently called to see if mine was..but it wasn't..too soon I know

Thanks Gwen. The check posted on 7/9 and got the image of the bank site today. btw, the MSC number stamped on 7/6 is one digit off (less) on the check.

Hi G&A,

I finally gave in and couldn't wait any longer for VSC to get their act together and send me the NOA-1 for the I-130. I sent in the 129F paperwork last Friday (July 6th) to CSC.

Will update. did you mean to say you sent it to Chicago MSC?

Hi G&A,

Yes I sent it to USCIS in Chicago.

Thanks for clarifying.

Just wondering if anyone who is waiting for a NOA2 had tried calling the NVC to see if your petition had arrived there, even if you didn't get a notice, touch or email? With what's been happening with the NOA1 paperwork, and I thought I read someone else never got a NOA2 in the mail, but found out their petition was already at their consulate - I was wondering if any of our petitions were actually further along than we thought?

Ok. I'm hopelessly hoping there's some screwy reason why nobody's got a NOA2 yet.

yes there is something screwy... You applied for a K3 and followed the USCIS instructions but sending an I-130 followed by an I-129F. You should not be put in this situation where your I-130 is being processed as an IR-1/CR-1 without consideration of the I-129F... If i were you, i keep calling the USCIS until i get a good answer from the IO.

Hi Pkewl,

No, I am still waiting to get confirmation that CSC actually has received my case. I am going to call them to try to get more details. It seems everyone else go an email and a status change in about a week or so. Mine still just says that it was transferred on the website and no touches or changes since that initial transfer email.

Urge,

Have you received any confirmation(email or snail mail) from CSC that they have received your I-129F from MSC/NBC and is pending there now?

I 've been tracking my I-129F closely for about last two weeks now and it looks like I still dont have any confirmation from CSC about they receiving my case from MSC. I somewhat remember that either you were in some kind of similar situation recently or maybe still are waiting for a transferred to CSC confirmation.

If you know then please let me know how long does it usually take for CSC to confirm that my I-129F is in CSC now.

THanks.

Pkewl

Hi Urge..

Thanks for your reply.. now this makes atleast two of us who have been waiting (im)patiently for the CSC to confirm the receipt of our cases... btw, I see the same thing since the MSC update.. meaning no more updates/touches since the last MSC tranferred update.. Today will make it two weeks for me since the last CRIS update of my case being transferred to CSC... Anyhow, I 'll give them a few more days... maybe end of this week and will give them a call on Monday, if no update by then.. or maybe this Fri.. if I become really impatient and restless :)

Once again, thanks for the reply and pls let me know if there is any update in your case..

Good Luck and tc,

Pkewl

Maybe I spoke a few hours too soon... Just wanted to let you know that tonight I received an automated email from CRIS that as of today my case is now pending at CSC. This wasn't the case in the morning when I posted about not getting one. Anyhow, just to double check, I logged into my CRIS account and saw the same update for my I-129F. So, if you haven't gotten already, hopefully you will also get your update/confirmation soon... good luck.

Regards,

So, if you haven't gotten already, hopefully you will also get your update/confirmation soon... good luck.

Regards,

Pkewl

Hey, great news.

I haven't gotten anything yet, no email, no status change. Haven't found the time to call yet either. Will try today; I am getting a bit worried now.

Maybe I should another column in the table to capture both the date when the 129f case is fwd'd to CSC/VSC and when it has been received. what do you all think? I am not sure if everyone know these dates. I have been tracking the trasfer/fwd'ing date so far.

Hey G:

Hope things are great.

Its funny that you brought up the idea of tracking both the transfer dates. I was going to suggest the same myself but since you are the ONLY one maintaining this sheet, I dint wanted to bother you with more stuff/updates. But if you dont mind putting time in then I guess its okay to include both the dates. It may help out other VJers better to anticipate their transfer confirmed email.

On the other note, I, for some reason, vaguely remember reading somewhere that the whole I-129F(K3) filing is about to change anyways, like starting sometime soon they will need to be mailed to xSC to start with, in which case adding the extra columns may be not so much necessary for future purposes.

Regardless of what you decide to do, I 'd just like to say THANKS A LOT for putting so much time and effort here. It helps all of us a great deal. In case if you decide to add the transfer columns then here's my info:

Transfer to CSC initiated accroding to CRIS status update: 06/26/07

CSC confirmed the receipt of the case, again according to CRIS update: 07/10/07

Please ignore these dates if you decide not to add these columns

Please let me know if I could be of any help in terms of updating and other stuff. Even tho you dont mind doing it yourself, I sometimes feel that we all should be doing our part of update, just to help you out.

Good Luck to all of us...Regards

Pkewl

Hey guys, just got off the phone with USCIS because the number on the back of my cashed check was totally off from the one on my NOA1. I tried again today to use the automated system and both numbers came back invalid. I was transferred to a rep who tried the inputing both numbers and then escalated me to an immigration officer. The immigration officer told me that the receipt number on the NOA was the valid one. I then asked her why on my I-130 that the numbers matched on both check and NOA, and info online was available immediately. Yet on my I-129f the numbers on the check and on the NOA were completely off and invalid on both their systems. She told me that the (MSC) number on the back of the check is processed differently and that there are several reasons why it might be different. (She is the immigration officer, but that response sounded strangely like BS) When I asked her to cite some examples of said reasons she got all flustered and could not provide me a single one  I then asked that if the NOA is indeed, the valid receipt number, what time frame could I expect to see info online. She said, "Well sir, that could take up to 30 days" 30 days just to put into the system?? I know Divine Mercy went through this and said hers was available in a week. I'm hoping and checking. :D I'm still befuddled as to why they would provide you a number that's not even active in the system yet though ;). The journey continues...

I am looking at our priority dates. I sent my I130 on June 19 and I have a July 2nd Noa1. I sent my package a month after you and we are a like 2 weeks apart. That stupid NOA1 log jam pushed may and june filers together..

Hey all,

The last online update on my I-129F said that it 'had been transferred to Vermont' but I don't even know if it's arrived there or not. I see some of you have received online updates that yours are 'pending' or you somehow got the info that your case actually arrived after being transferred to the CSC or VSC???

Is there any place to phone to get a confirmation that it actually arrived in Vermont? (or should I bother?) Since it's not approved yet (I still just have an MSC # for it), there is no way to check the "automated" update at NVC, so do I call that number and speak to an operator?

Thanks

RocksAnne

Hey all,

Per the USCIS press room for CSC, everyone should receive approvals and receipts by 20 July07. The site is below. Sorry I have not been around. Just became numb to this process. I have not received any receipt from CSC for the I-130 and the I-129 F. I am dissappointed in them. I feel that the person that has my case maybe has something against germans or military members :crying: I noticed some April filers received a notice or receipt. Any how, Im hoping that I will at least receive approval when I get back from seeing my pookie in Germany. Any how, I wish everyone here a quick process.

Hi Pkewl, i will be glad to add one more column to the table showing the receipt date of the transfer. Updating the table is the easy part. Getting the data is harder.
