NSC certainly sent the petition to CSC. That is what they do with all I129F's and CSC cashed the check and assigned a WAC#. The thing is, if you sent it to Chicago, you would have gotten an MSC# and the check cashed there, before going to CSC. The wait is for someone at CSC to look at your petition to determine that it is a K3. An I129F with an MSC# is definitely tagged as a K3. But that is all about to change come July 30 anyway.

Miracle, that sounds nice. Sure could use one of those.

edp33, I decided not to call USCIS until at least late next week. I am sure that they received it, just that they haven't changed the status. I am hoping to get a touch early next week at least. If not, I will have to call.

Someone had already mentioned in here that they pretend not to now their receipt number when calling the USCIS because they will get forwarded to a real officer and not some temp agency receptionist who knows less than us... it worked so thanks for that! i called them today as to why my MSC# has yet to register on their website. He looked up my case and assured me it is a valid number and he said their system is backlogged so it's taking a while for things to reflect on there.

And they are planning to go all digital. I certainly hope they hire some good Network and System Analysts for the transfer!!

I do have an MSC number, that's what is getting the error message. I have tried adding it to the existing account with no luck. Oh well, i'll try again tomorrow. That's true it does help others to know that u can add one to the number on the back of the check and that will probably do it.

i'll call them tomorrow and see why its not in the system yet.

Anyluck with the MSC # coming up on the USCIS page?
