Hi Socalwaiter,

I can understand how difficult this process is for us.

I am waiting almost 7 month for our approval. I got an email from USCIS for the additional evidences. And then

today, we checked our mail box that they want only the passport photos of me and my wife again. we had sent our new

pictures before, and I can't understand why they need our new photos again. it is not logic for us. but I don't care

we are waiting only for approval. I hope we all have it soon.

Good morning everyone,

I am here to update you on our case. I received email this morning from CRIS that they have resumed working on our petition as of today, so G&A, I may be owing you that latte after all. Since they only asked for one thing and they have it now, there should be no other reason to not approve both petitions. Maybe I will hear of approval by middle or end of this week. I think I need to throw a party if this happens, lol. Everyone is invited. :)

I-130 NOA1 : 6/12/07 pending at CSC

Touched: 11/07/2007!!!!!! (However, no touches on I-129F)

Touched: 11/30/2007 Touched: 12/02/07 (on a Sunday) (Guess the lady actually did put on someone's desk afterall).

Touched: 12/06/07 (Hopefully this is them working on it)

Touched: 12/07/07 (Yesssss, come on approval!!!!)

Touched: 12/08/07 (Working on it even on a Saturday. What dedication!!!)

Touched: 12/12/07 (RFE)

Received RFE: 12/26/07

2nd Interview date: 12/08/2008 (Rescheduled on 12/22/08 due to 12/8 being a Muslin Holiday)

12/22/08: Visa denied on the basis that his mother didn't confirm our marriage. She didn't answer any questions because embassy official didn't identify herself.

07/06/09: Received Notice of Intent to Revoke

07/27/09: Sent in evidence disputing investigation findings

07/30/09: Case processing has resumed

These guys are incredible!!.. Sorry to hear about your case. Hopefully we are all there now...Just got off the phone with USCIS again, my daily call. This guy gave me the dates on the web which is June 18th for the I-130. Lets hope these guys come back from their vacation and start working on our cases.

Now my CR1 is in limbo and my I129F is at the Embassy (My wife called the Embassy, They had it Dec 20th.) . Oh well, I don't care at this point, just get my spouse to me! :yes: The interview and medical notifications should follow shortly I hope.

Vacation... bad weather... I don't know anymore. Only thing I know is the guy who answered my call last week, about giving it to and adjudicator, said "consider it done". Ha....

I have the greatest of news for everyone!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance: BOTH OF OUR PETITIONS WERE APPROVED THIS EVENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance: Hallelujah, Praise God, finally!!!!!!! I check the website about 4 times a day and I decided to check one more time since in California it was 5 p.m. I saw that the date on both petitions had changed to today's date. First I looked at my I-130, it said APPROVED!!!! Then I said, Please God let this one say the same thing...it also said APPROVED!!!!! Now I am settling in for the wait for the K3 to make it to NVC. So now I can join the rest of this group in the next thread and leave this one, YEA!!!!!!!

OMG that's insane!!!! (In a WONDERFUL way!!) I can't help but hope they do the same to mine if they ever get it off that darn shelf. I pretty much followed in your footsteps.. except for my lack of foresight to actually proceed with the CR1. After all this you ought to be an immigration attorney lol.

How did you get the notice of you I129F being approved anyway? Have you been checking the website or did you get it via snail mail? So much for their "current policy" of terminating the K3 when the I130 had already been approved and sent to the NVC hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
