I recieved an approval today for the I-130. :dance: The I-129F is still pending :innocent: . This is kind of bizarre, recieving the I-130 approval before the I-129F. I called the USCIS they said the I-129F will probably get void since the I-130 was approved first. Does anyone think that is the case here? Or maybe the lady at the USCIS was only assuming that!

06-06-2007 - Recieved NVC letter in the mail saying the case was transfered to the Consulate.

6-8-2007 - Case Recieved by the Consulate

6-11-2007 - Packet 4 was sent out (No packet 3)

7-5-2007 - Interview Date PASSED the Interview

7-10-2007 - Will go to pick up the visa. Thank you GOD

09-04-2007 I-485 & I-765 sent.

09-06-2007 Package was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox.

As of now now check cashed yet, and no notice of action !!! Very frusturating.

2007-02-15 -- NOA1 for I130 from California Service Center.

2007-02-22 -- I129F filed with Chicago USCIS office.

2007-03-02 -- NOA1 for 129F from MSC.

2007-03-27 -- Touched -- I129F transfered to CSC.

2007-03-28 -- I129F Touched !!

2007-05-17 -- I 130 and I 129F touched!!!! God please get me a approval without a RFE. You can do it please!!!

2007-05-18 -- I-130 and I-129F approved!!!! Dear God, thank you very much. You are the greatest!!

When other people said this to me I didn’t believe, but it actually came to pass. Just imagine 6 months from now you will be joined with your families and all this will be forgotten. Fast forward yourself 6 months and laugh at this misery :thumbs:
