NOA2: Feb. 5.

We received the NOA 2 by mail. However, the status of our case is still "Received I-129F on July 31, 2019", whether I check the old Website (https://egov.uscis.gov/), the new website (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) or call (1-800-375-5283).

I have called NVC as well, and they have not received the application.

Has anyone dealt with this? What should I do, if anything?

Yeah me, on the website it says NOA2 passed Febuary 1st, got the mail on the 5th or 6th, but still awaiting an update for anything from NVC. :/

This Thursday will make 2 weeks since Montreal received my case and I'm still waiting on P3 🤦🏼‍♀️  this is truly the biggest test of patience ever 😂

I'm in the same impatient boat as you!! So I had sent an email to the montreal embassy, and they responded on the 26th, saying they didn't have any record of my case at that point (sitting on someones desk I guess), though my date on CEAC changed to Feb. 26, assuming because they had looked into my case and found nothing. BUT good news, the date changed again yesterday to March 4th, and then again today to March 5th???...sooo something is happening lol, not sure why all the date changes though

@KevJo

I spoke too soon lol... Packet 3 came in the mail around supper time tonight! 😊

🤞 you get yours soon too!! Definitely weird with all the date changes they've done on your case.

That's pretty fast!!!!  Congrats!  Hopefully you can still get an April interview date.

I got Packet 4 today!!

I just paid the visa fee but when I try to schedule an appointment, it says "there's no available appointments, please try again later"

Did anyone else see this too when they tried booking the interview???

Pretty sure that means April is booked up.  Now you can check back frequently hoping for a cancellation or wait for May dates to open up.  Likely they will in the last week of March.

That doesn't make sense...

Only 4 Canadian profiles on VJ show an April interview whereas for March, there's 11...

How can April be booked up? 😔

I've read on here before that it can take a small bit for your payment to clear, making you eligible to book a date. Wait a few hours and try again. If it still shows no dates it definitely means April is booked. VisaJourney members make up a *VERY* small percentage of actual applicants.

a) I could very well be wrong.

b) not everyone is on VJ

c) spousal visas may be on the same dates as K1s, I'm not sure!

Fingers crossed you make Tuesday's shipment to the consulate. :)

Mine did not make Tuesdays shipment.😔  I've been told by NVC staff they don't hold on to k1 visa files for long and that they get shipped daily.

From other reading though it seems they only go out twice a month. Whst is everyone's experience ?

Yours will most likely be shipped on March 19th.  According to VJ stats, they go out every 2nd tuesday.  Based on what I've learned here, and experienced with my own petition, they don't get shipped daily.

I didnt think so but was hoping they had so many they would just do more frequent shipments😉😉

I just got off the phone with the Visa Call Center and yup... all April interviews are all booked up!! 😔  She told me to just keep checking the site every day to see if anything opens up.

I asked if I could book for May now lol she said no.

Well you will get first dibs on May 1st!! Just keep checking back regularly. They typically open the last week of the month, but since they sure went fast for April, no telling if they might open it up sooner than usual.
