Hey all! I am finally scheduling my appointment and I am curious for those of you who have done your interview and medical in Montreal how many days apart did you have them. How long does it take to get the medical results? I plan to have my interview July 10. When would be the best date to book the medical?

Thanks in advance! 😊

I have not had my interview yet, but when I called Medisys Montreal they said it takes them about 4 business days at the earliest to get the medical exam results sheet needed for interview. It could possibly take longer though. Perhaps call them and ask them for tips? They are actually quite nice on the phone and very helpful when it comes to it. :)

That was the same for me! And they issued my visa only 24 hours later! Amazingly fast 😊

It's about time something about this process is quick!!  I remember your timeline stating you got your visa the Monday after the interview.  I don't even understand that speed!

I see in your interview post that you said they asked for tax return for 2018. O_O I only have tax transcript hope that works lol, didn't bother bringing tax return because it was like 100 pages long because of all the stocks my sponsor has hahah

I think the transcript will work fine.  They literally took one page of my fiance's million page return.  I offered W2s, bank letter, etc and the officer said no thanks.  I would have brought the 2018 transcript as well but it isn't available yet. I  had previous years of transcripts though.

I did not take any tax returns with me. I was only asked for the 2018 tax transcripts along with the I-134 form and no other financial documents. I did have with me the tax transcripts for 2017 and 2016, W2 for 2018, letter from employer and bank, copies of savings - stocks, investments etc.; she didn’t ask me for any of those and so I didn’t offer to show those. She seemed content with the 2018 tax transcipt and moved on. Good luck with your upcoming interview.

I got my fiance to photo copy the first 3 pages of the tax return just incase heh. I assume it is only the first page they're after anyways since it has the name address and amount earned 😃
