Question for anyone who has sent in P3 early and had it rejected.... Prior to the "don't send us this yet" rejection e-mail, did you also get an initial e-mail saying "We will forward your message to the visa unit" ?

Wondering if these folks stuck in "In Transit" can surpass the unhelpful correspondence unit, or if they are the unit that sends the P3 rejection e-mails.

We are going to try today....

got an email from Montreal Monday stating they don’t have our case yet... so I’m kind of scared they really just don’t. Others have already gotten their first and second ready status from our shipment. This is really frustrating

I got the same “we don’t have your case” email when I sent my P3 the first time even though my status was ready. It’s generic. They have your case.

My email just asked what is going on since it was in transit since March 19th and we are wanting to apply for an expedite on our case.

i called the nvc. They said it’s in transit and there’s nothing they can do...

our NOA2 expires in May. May is almost booked

Your NOA2 expiry doesn't matter if it's totally out of your hands. (It doesn't even really matter even if it is your own delay). Don't worry about that at all. If P3 is rejected it's worth trying to escalate to NVC or the consulate because there is no way your packages have been in transit for over 2 weeks. The shipments take 2 days.

How do we find the tracking numbers? For the April 2, 2019 shipment.

I did see this and tried "EXP 2 APR 2019A" but it's not giving me any result.

I just saw that it takes up to 24 hours for results to show. Oopsy! My bad.

Yeah, tracking should be available soon, but either way history says your case will arrive tomorrow :) Normally CEAC status may stay "In Transit" for a bit after that too so don't worry if it doesn't update right away.

Use a larger window for the shipment timeframe. That would be like using a wider net if your a fisherman. :D

Anybody else from the march 19th shipment still in transit?

I would not worry about being "missed" until the part on this page says they have went passed March 19th.

if that changes from Mar 19 and you didn't get any notification of change I would probably call and find out what is going on. Good luck!

ok good to know. to  be honest, I think it's a bug in the website (which doesn't surprise me since this website is ancient and has many other issues). It was near impossible for me to stumble upon the section (literally have to go backwards, and only shows up sometimes). And when it does show up, it won't save my entries at all. So I plan to just keep my entry for my current job and I think that should be fine. but would be interested to hear what @NicoleM says about her interview! maybe as a backup i'll bring a copy of my resume to my interview.

They will not ask anything about your work history or education. I was APPROVED TODAY :D
