I've used LBC from Philippines and DHL to Philippines with no issues.

I prefer DHL from the Philippines because they tend to have offices in alot of places that FedEx doesn't. If my family wanted to use FedEx they would have go to Davao City while DHL has a small office in the provincial capital.

Yes I use them all the time. There is a surcharge for electronics like phones laptops etc of about $20. Other than that is about $6/lb to Manila and 7 everywhere else.

Hi. I'm from Cebu and I've sent documents (Letter of Intent to marry and a bunch of pictures and letters) to my fiance in the US. The last time I did was around November 2018 and I used DHL (in SM Mabolo). It was around $50 for the size. (Not exactly sure, but I know it was less than $70). For parcel, it's more expensive.

EDIT: It arrived in less than 2 weeks.
