F2A Spouse I-130 2019 filers

Hello ! My PD is 20th January 2019. Did anyone notice that California Service Center jumped up to July 1 2018 from March 23rd 2018? I have been monitoring the USCIS site daily and notice they usually move date of receipt every 24 hours. So according to that my case should start processing in 7 months.

Am I predicting this correctly? Or is there another catch to it?

Hi all,

We just filed I-130 yesterday through the brand new online filing. Receipt number was issued instantly, starts with IOE.

Are there any petition approvals for 2019 filers yet? Wondering about general timelines since PD has been current for a while.

PD is 3rd October, anyone in February, March, April filers with California Service center got any update? April filers who got Potomac as Service Center already got approved October 24th. I really hope IOE receipts are being distributed to all service centers equally so everyone gets done with almost the same timeline. Goodluck everyone.

Any update ? Mine is October 11th
